The Asheville Food Connection was created by Flori Pate and the volunteers at "Be Loved House" as a way to get food to the hungry poor in our community.
Restaurants are able to donate left over food by simply calling the Asheville Taxi company who sends a driver to pick up the food donation and then deliver it to a local poor hungry person or group that this fine organization has identified.
